The Humber Estuary is of vital importance to the UK economy particularly on account of its ports, coal and gas fired power stations, oil refineries and chemicals industries, with hydropower trials and a growing interest in wind energy and biofuels. The estuary is also of outstanding international value for its wildlife.
This free event at the Country Park Inn, Hessle Foreshaw brings together speakers from across the region to present on topics including environmental and related developments.
