It’s been an incredible year for Todmorden. Now it’s time to spread the word, or more appropriately the actions, way beyond our town boundary.

What started as a dream around a kitchen table has become a movement of thousands of people across all ages, incomes and cultures.

What unites us all is the determination to have a say in our own future , to put local food right at the heart of a better life for ourselves, our children and our planet.

What and where we grow, what we learn inside and outside school, jobs, and the spending power of the pound in our pocket are action points for everyone, wherever they live.

The Incredible Edible Todmorden project has shown the power of community, the opportunities it creates for enterprise, and the chance it gives us all to stop being victims of forces beyond our control.

Join us on the 14th of November to share our journey, and start one of your own. Its hard work but its fun and its immensely rewarding.
